In the front of the OSIR Lab stands Dan Wackyroid, and behind him are a bunch of scientific looking people walking around. Two of them are always playing with some rats in a plastic enclosure just over Dan's left shoulder.

Sometimes they pick up Dan and move him to the other side of the OSIR Lab where there are some cool TV's playing static behind him.
